Instructions & Delivery |
How do I become
a member?
Simply download a copy of our membership form, print it out,
fill it in and post it back to us at the address provided.

How often are new comics released?
New comics are released every
week and our online shop is updated on a daily basis.
What if there are multiple covers of a title?
For comics with multiple covers, you will be sent the regular
cover (ie. Cover A). Alternate covers may be requested.
Can I subscribe to more than one copy of any title?
You can select any quantity desired for any title. For example,
you may want 3 copies of Amazing Spider-Man each month, and only
one copy of Superman.
Is there a minimum number of titles required?
No, If you wish you may have a single ongoing title per month.

When and how
often will my titles be sent?
You may choose either weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. New comics
are released each week. Members with more than 20 titles prefer
to wait until the end of the month (ie. Payday!)
What are the shipping rates?
Members benefit from a reduced post & packing charge compared
to buying directly online. Click here to View

Do you allow International standing orders?
Yes, however we are not able to offer the same post & packing
discount as we do to our UK based members.
What is the cost of my order?
The cost of a given order depends on how many of your titles
are released in a given week/month. Your cost is made up of
the price of all the comics/merchandise plus your post & packing
charge. An email update will be sent to you before any transaction
will be made. An invoice will also be included with your order.

How can I
add or remove titles from my standing order?
To add or remove titles send in your request this email address:
orders@comicdomain.co.uk. Please include the full title and
publisher if known.
What is the deadline for modifying my standing order?
You may update your standing order details with us at anytime
you wish.
PREVIEWS Catalogue pre-orders should be sent to us before the
12th of the month to guarantee you don't miss an issue. Click

How can I cancel, suspend or reactivate my standing order?
You may cancel your standing order at any time, with no obligation.
Cancelation is effective immediately (unless you notify us otherwise).
To cancel, suspend or reactivate your standing order please contact

How can I modify my contact details, payment details or email address,
etc?
To update any of your details with us, please contact us at the
following email address: orders@comicdomain.co.uk.
Can I add items from the website to my standing order?
If you have seen something you would like from our online shop,
please send details (title, publisher, back issues/new release,
etc) to the following email address: orders@comicdomain.co.uk. The
item/s will be reserved for you until your next email update.
